2) Products & Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, but cannot guarantee color accuracy due to screen/device differences.
  • Prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless stated otherwise, and include applicable taxes unless noted.

3) Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or successful payment authorization.
  • We accept multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (where available).
  • For card and online payments, you authorize us (via our payment gateway partners such as Xendit) to process your payment securely.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, payment failure, stock errors, or force majeure events.

4) Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen events.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier or upon in-store pickup.
  • For same-day delivery in select areas, cut-off times and courier availability apply.

5) Returns & Refunds

Our Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases. Please review it for detailed information on eligibility, timelines, and procedures.

6) Warranty

  • Some products are covered by manufacturer warranties (e.g., Naturehike, Blackdog, Campingmoon). Warranty terms vary per brand and product.
  • Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

7) Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping and contact information.
  • Inspect items immediately upon receipt and report any issues within the allowed period.
  • Use products according to manufacturer instructions to avoid damage or voiding warranties.

8) Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9) Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of EZCamp PH OutdoorHub and/or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Laguna, Philippines.
