EZCamp PH OutdoorHub Refund & Return Policy

At EZCamp PH OutdoorHub, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains when and how you can request a return or refund for online and in-store orders.

Quick summary: Return requests must be filed within 7 days of receipt (online) or purchase (in-store). Report manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 3 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging unless defective.

1) Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Item is unused, complete with original packaging, tags, parts, and freebies.
  • Request is made within 7 days of delivery (online) or purchase (in-store).
  • Proof of purchase is provided (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).
  • For bundles, the entire bundle must be returned unless the issue is limited to a defective component.

2) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items (unless defective on arrival)

  • Sleeping bags, liners, pillows, inflatable beds and other bedding items (hygiene).
  • Gas canisters, fuels, consumables, food-grade items.
  • “Clearance”, “As-Is” or final-sale items (disclosed at purchase).
  • Customized, special-order, or cut-to-length products.
  • Items with signs of use, dirt, odors, alterations, missing parts, or damaged packaging (except due to confirmed manufacturing defect).

3) Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Report within 3 days of delivery/purchase with clear photos or a short video of the issue and the packaging.
  • Once verified, we will provide either:
    • a replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
    • a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Damage from misuse, improper assembly, normal wear and tear, or not following care instructions is not covered.
  • Brand/manufacturer warranty terms (e.g., Naturehike, Blackdog, Campingmoon, etc.) may apply alongside this policy.

4) How to File a Return or Refund

  1. Contact us: Email support@ezcampoutdoorhub.com or message us via our website/Messenger with:
    • Order number or receipt
    • Item name/variant
    • Issue description + photos/videos
  2. Approval & instructions: We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions and address.
  3. Return shipping:
    • Defective/damaged/incorrect item: We cover the return or exchange shipping.
    • Change-of-mind/fit/color preference: Customer pays return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. Inspection & refund timing: After we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Processing times by your bank/card provider may vary.

5) In-Store Returns

You may return eligible items to our store with the original receipt:

6) Exchanges

If you want a different size/color/model, we can process an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability and the same eligibility rules.

7) Fees & Conditions

  • For approved change-of-mind returns, shipping fees and cash-on-delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • For items with freebies/bundled discounts, all free items must be returned in new condition; otherwise, their retail value may be deducted from the refund.
  • If a returned item is found ineligible, we can ship it back to you at your cost.
