🚚 Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within the day for orders placed on or before 4PM for Same Day Delivery Method or 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Metro Manila & Greater Manila Area (Laguna, Cavite, Rizal and Bulacan): Same Day @4pm Cut-off time or Next Day if ordered outside Cutoff Time
  • Rest of Luzon: 1-4 Business Days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 3–7 business days
  • Bulky tents or modular gear: 5–10 business days depending on courier and location

Delivery Channels

We ship using:

  • Lalamove/GrabExpress – same day (Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite, Rizal and Bulacan only)
  • J&T, LBC, Flash Express, LEX and SPX – nationwide
  • Private forwarders – for bulk or wholesale shipments

Tracking

Tracking numbers are sent via email or SMS as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Fees

Calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Free shipping promos may apply to selected products or cart totals—check our banners for current deals.


🔁 Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, complete, and in original packaging
  • Tents must be properly packed for inspection (if opened)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper setup
  • Normal wear & tear or condensation inside tents
  • Clearance, final sale, or discounted items (unless defective)

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@ezcampoutdoorhub.com with your order number and issue.
  2. We’ll guide you for return shipping or inspection.
  3. Once approved, you may receive:
    • A replacement (if available)
    • Store credit or refund

Note: Buyer shoulders return shipping unless item is defective or wrongly shipped.

Warranty Coverage

  • Tents & Stoves: 1–6 months limited warranty
  • Power Stations & Electronics: 6–12 months warranty (brand-specific)
  • Coverage: Manufacturing defects only, not misuse or accidental damage

Filing a Warranty Claim

  1. Email support@ezcampoutdoorhub.com with:
    • Order number
    • Clear photo/video of the issue
    • Brief description
  2. We may request product return or part inspection
  3. If approved, we will:
    • Send replacement part/item
    • Offer repair options or brand-coordinated support

Additional Notes

  • Lifetime Support: We assist beyond warranty with parts, setup tips, or care guidance
  • Tent Condensation: Not a defect. Refer to our blog on Tent Care & Condensation Tips
